Starting from 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night will be charged to all international guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and is payable upon check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. Additionally, all reservations will incur an extra MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room each day, to be settled directly at the hotel.

Guests intending to check-in after 18:00 are required to notify the hotel in advance.
