Situated just a 3-minute stroll from Higashi Hongan-ji Temple and a 5-minute walk from Shosei-en Garden, the family-operated Wajimaya Ryokan provides straightforward Japanese-style accommodations featuring an LCD TV, air conditioning, and shared bathrooms.

At Ryokan Wajimaya, each guest is provided with traditional futon bedding laid out on tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The toilets are communal, and Yukata robes are supplied. The furnishings are minimal, including a low table accompanied by floor cushions.

JR Kyoto Train Station and Kyoto Tower are both approximately an 8-minute walk away, while Gojo Subway Station is conveniently located just 300 metres from the ryokan.

On-site, guests will find a coin-operated launderette and two free-to-use internet PCs available in the lobby.
