The Prince Villa Karuizawa

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service at regular intervals between 08:00 and 21:00 (every 30 minutes), departing from the South Exit of JR Karuizawa Station. No reservations are needed.

Guests can store their luggage at the Guest Service Centre of the Karuizawa Station Prince Hotel (situated at the South Exit) and retrieve it at the front desk if desired.

Access to Hotel East’s Forest Hot Spring or West Momiji Hot Spring is complimentary for guests, though a hot spring tax must be paid on-site.

Please note that the adult rates apply to children aged 6 years and older. Children aged 5 and under can utilize existing beds at no charge.

If an adult guest has reserved a meal plan, children aged 3 years and older will incur a fee for their meals. These meal charges should be settled at the property’s restaurant.

Be aware that the golf course, tennis courts, and complimentary bicycles are unavailable during the winter season.

Usage of the tennis courts is complimentary for the first 2 hours; charges will apply thereafter.

Guests with tattoos may be restricted from using the property’s public bathing areas or any other facilities where their tattoos could be visible to other guests.

Guests are required to check in by 20:00 to be served dinner at this property. Late check-ins may result in dinner not being offered, with no refunds available.
