• Guests are not permitted to have visitors in their room or on the property grounds.

• In accordance with hotel policy, outside food and beverages are prohibited in the guest rooms.

Guests must present a valid photo identification at check-in. Government regulations require that every guest over the age of 18 must carry a valid Photo ID while staying at the hotel. Accepted forms of identification include Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, and Passport. Guests without valid ID will not be permitted to check in. Note that PAN Cards are not considered valid for this purpose. Foreign guests must provide a valid passport and visa upon arrival.

Meetings are not permitted in guest rooms or any other public areas of the property, except in the designated banquet hall.

Only a maximum of 2 visitors are allowed in the room from 9 AM to 9 PM, and for a duration of only one hour.

Unmarried or unrelated couples are not allowed to check in, as determined by the discretion of hotel management. No refunds will be provided if check-in is denied under these circumstances. A government-approved Photo ID must be presented at check-in. Meetings and interviews are strictly prohibited in rooms. Outside food and beverages are also not allowed on the premises.

Drivers may stay free of charge in the driver dormitory from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Access to guest areas for drivers is not permitted. Please inform the front desk if you need assistance in contacting your driver.

Guests are required to provide a vaccination certificate or a negative RTPCR test certificate dated within the last 72 hours upon arrival at Hotel Green Olive. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated guests to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff, in compliance with the Government of Maharashtra’s orders dated January 8, 2022.

Pre-arrival payment via bank transfer is mandatory. The property will reach out to you after your booking to provide payment instructions.
