Important information for visitors at this property

It is important to mention that children below the age of 8 are not allowed in the swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, or sauna. Children aged 8 and older must be supervised at all times. Access for children is allowed from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and prior reservations are required. The minimum age for receiving spa treatments or using the gym is 16 years. Starting from 8th April 2024, Club rooms and Suites will offer 2 hours of daily access to the pool and spa area from 7 am to 10 pm, along with unlimited access to the gym during the same hours. Drinks will be served in the Club Lounge from 5 to 7:30 pm, with the menu changing periodically. Guests staying in the Deluxe bedrooms will not have access to pool facilities. For non-refundable bookings, guests must present the same card used for the reservation upon check-in. Additionally, guests must provide photo identification and a credit card at the time of check-in. Please be aware that all Special Requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges. Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit for incidentals, amounting to GBP 50 per night, up to a total of GBP 250, is required upon arrival. This deposit will be processed via credit or debit card and will be returned to you.
