If you do not possess your key code, you will be unable to enter the property. For those arriving within the next 14 days, a copy of your passport must be submitted within 48 hours of your arrival. Please note that bed linen is supplied per bed rather than per person. Any additional linen requests must be made in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur extra charges. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we cannot offer compensation should the WiFi signal experience intermittent drops or if a third party damages the line.
