For security reasons, all Indian guests must present a valid photo ID (such as a Voter’s ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, or any other Government of India approved ID with an address. Please note that a PAN Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to show a valid passport and visa upon arrival.

Airport Transfer Information – The property offers complimentary airport transfer via private car for a minimum stay of 2 nights in Plunge Pool Villas and Suites only (this is applicable exclusively from Dabolim Airport – GOI).

Pet Policy – Pets are permitted only in the Villa Room Garden View and Premium Villa Room Garden View categories. Pets are not allowed in Food & Beverage outlets, the lobby, pool area, or fitness center. A non-refundable fee of INR 2000 plus applicable taxes per pet per night will be charged separately (a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the room). The property accommodates cats and dogs weighing less than 30 pounds.
