The essential details
Important information for visitors to this establishment
– The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available for a fee) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.
– Access to the gym is restricted to individuals aged 16 and older, while the saunas are open to those aged 13 and older. Please be aware that the sauna incurs an additional charge for entry.
– The indoor pool is designated for adults only. Access is limited to guests aged 13 years and over, though on weekends and holidays, children under 13 may enter under adult supervision and must wear a life jacket if they are shorter than 140 cm.
– The Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is exclusively for guests who purchase the Outdoor Pool Access package.
– It is imperative to adhere to the Lifeguard’s instructions when utilizing facilities such as the Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
– Guests measuring less than 140 cm are allowed to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and must be supervised by an adult.
– Each room is allocated two sunbeds, with some reserved for guests who have booked specific packages.
– Children under 36 months must be attired in waterproof diapers when using the pool.
– Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 meter or less are permitted but can only be used in the kids’ pool.
– Entry may be restricted if the maximum capacity of users is met.
– The Urban Island will remain operational during rain, although only a limited number of sunbeds provide cover. (Note that continuous heavy rain may lead to service disruptions.)
