Reservations for a total of 5 or more rooms, whether booked through various online platforms or by phone, regardless of the number booked at the same hotel and/or the names under which they are reserved, and for stays that share at least one common date, will be classified as group bookings. Such reservations violate the hotel’s policy on rate distribution for individual stays. If identified prior to check-in, these reservations will be rendered null and void and canceled immediately, without prior notice. Alternatively, if such bookings are identified after check-in, the hotel management reserves the right to impose additional charges at checkout, which will be deemed binding on the guests. The hotel management will not be liable for any inconveniences or financial consequences incurred by any members of the group and shall remain indemnified.
