Please remember that arrangements for extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel before arrival, and guests will need to pay for children’s extra bed fees directly at the hotel.
Our parking facilities are exclusively for residents. Availability is limited and must be secured by contacting the hotel directly.
Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of £20 per night for overnight parking. Reserved spaces will be held from 14:00 on the day of check-in until 12:00 on the day of check-out.
Alternatively, the Magdalen Street Car Park (EX2 4HZ) is just a two-minute walk from the hotel and operates daily between 8am and 10pm, with pricing that starts from £4.50 for 2 hours, up to £18 for a full day’s parking (free after 10pm each night). Payment is available through the RingGo app.
If you’re traveling with a dog, please be aware that an additional fee of £25 for one dog or £40 for up to two dogs, per night, will be applied. Dogs are permitted in specific guest rooms—please notify the hotel in advance.
The rates that include breakfast offer a Full Cooked breakfast, while dinner-inclusive rates provide two courses from our seasonal menu. Additional charges may apply for certain menu items. These inclusions are applicable only for adults.
Children’s breakfast is not covered in the displayed rates, with charges as follows payable directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Complimentary breakfast/5-11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% of the full price/12 years and older will be charged at the full adult price. A Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please remember that arrangements for extra beds and cots should be confirmed with the hotel before your arrival, and guests will need to pay for children’s extra bed fees (£30 per night) directly at the hotel.
Guests can enjoy our outdoor heated pool and small indoor hydra jet pool. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is maintained at a temperature of 27 degrees; however, we cannot guarantee consistent warmth, as the pool remains uncovered during operational hours.
