Guests should be aware that the property holds the right to charge the provided credit card in cases of No Show or late cancellation.

Changes in tax structure due to government regulations will result in revised taxes applicable to all bookings, which will be charged additionally at checkout.

Please be informed that the property will carry out a pre-authorization charge of INR 10 on the guest’s credit card to secure all bookings prior to arrival.

For bookings exceeding 5 rooms, it will be classified as a group booking, and different terms and conditions will apply, with varying policies.

The GST rate associated with your room selection is as follows:

– 12% if the room rate is below INR 7500; or 18% if the room rate exceeds INR 7500.

– Should you overpay on taxes, you are entitled to collect the excess amount from the hotel during checkout.

– Conversely, if you underpay, the hotel retains the right to collect the remaining amount from you at checkout.

The Dining Room will undergo renovations from May 15th to 21st, 2023. During this period, The Flying Elephant will serve buffet breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. The Apartment Gallery will provide all-day dining from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm and will also offer buffet dinner. The Flying Elephant will function as usual from 5:00 pm onward.
