Important information for visitors to this property

[Spa] Starting from 1 April 2023, a separate fee of JPY 1,500 per person per night will be applied for spa access, in addition to the accommodation cost.

Please be informed that children under 12 years old have restricted access to the spa facilities. They are only allowed to use the hot spring bath located on the 3rd floor.

Additionally, construction activity will be taking place nearby between 12:00 and 15:00 from Tuesday, 6 February to Tuesday, 5 March, which may cause noise disturbances in some rooms.

Guests with tattoos may be restricted from using the public bathing areas and other facilities where their tattoos could be visible to other guests.
