The total reservation amount must be settled at check-in.

For guests with stays of 6 nights or fewer, cleaning services are available upon request and include only a minimal cleanup (towel exchanges and trash collection).

For stays of 7 nights or longer, a basic cleanup will be provided along with a comprehensive room cleaning once a week (which includes making the beds and cleaning the floors). Additional room cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee upon request.

Additional fees will be charged for early check-ins before 15:00.

Fees apply for late check-outs. A late check-out between 11:00-13:00 incurs a charge of 50% of the room rate. A late check-out after 13:00 will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

We would like to inform you that the property will experience a planned power outage due to facility inspections, resulting in all electric amenities, including WiFi, air conditioning, telephones, and elevators being unavailable on the following date and time: Tuesday, 13 June 2023, 11:00-13:30.
