Early check-in prior to 15:00 is dependent on availability and incurs an extra fee.

Fees apply for late check-outs. A late check-out between 11:00-13:00 incurs a fee of 50% of the room rate. A late check-out after 13:00 incurs a fee of 100% of the room rate.

For stays of consecutive nights, “simple cleaning” operates on a request basis. If you’d like this service, please place a cleaning request tag outside your door.

Simple cleaning involves the collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash from the bins.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, “room cleaning” will be provided once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room supplies, cleaning the room, and emptying the trash cans.
