This is to inform you that maintenance activities will be conducted during the following period.
During the construction, you may experience some noise and paint odors at various times.
■Exterior wall repairs

[Operating Hours] 9:30AM – 5:00PM (provisional)
*No work will occur on Sundays, public holidays, and from August 10 to 15 during the Obon period.
*Louder noise and smells will be prevalent during 11:00AM-3:00PM on weekdays.
[Details of Work] Exterior wall repairs, painting, balcony waterproofing, and cleaning. Setting up and dismantling of external scaffolding.
*Please ensure that curtains and windows are closed during the work as personnel will be outside your windows.
*The entire establishment will be covered in mesh sheeting, which will obstruct the view from your room.
■Internal maintenance work

In addition to the aforementioned simple cleaning, “room cleaning” will be conducted once a week.
This includes bed making, towel and nightwear changing, replenishing room supplies, room cleaning, and garbage collection from wastebaskets.
