Children’s Spa Access & Swimming Hours

It is important to note that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the spa (maximum of two children per adult). They are allowed in the Spa building and Spa areas from 10:00am to 11:00am and from 3:30pm to 5:00pm each day. Children are not allowed to use the hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, or sauna.

Please be aware that for reservations made within four days of the arrival date, full payment for the stay will be required upon check-in.

Dogs are permitted at an additional fee of £30 per dog per night, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per room. We suggest reserving a Cuckfield room or higher to guarantee adequate space. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Spa Suites or Spa building.
