    A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in. This amount will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and will be automatically released after your departure, pending an inspection of the property. If you pay via debit card, the EUR 200 security deposit will be charged to your bank account, and you will receive a manual refund from the property within 7 days after your departure, following an inspection by the on-site manager to ensure that the terms and conditions of the rental agreement have been upheld. Please be aware that if the property is not left in a clean and orderly state, you may forfeit all or part of your security deposit.
