The Fine Print
Essential Information for Guests at This Property
Kindly note that, for security reasons, all Indian guests must provide a valid photo ID proof (such as Voter’s ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, or any other government-approved ID with an address. A PAN Card will not be accepted). All international guests must present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, any cash settlements of INR 25,000 and above will necessitate a copy of the PAN Card upon check-out.
In alignment with our ongoing commitment to enhance our offerings, we are currently renovating our Grand Atrium Dome, Coffee Shop, and guest rooms. This renovation will commence in January 2023 and is expected to conclude by September 2023. Consequently, there may be some noise disturbances on the guest floors between 09:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo identification and credit card. Please be aware that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may be applicable.

A damage deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required at check-in. This will be collected via credit card, and you should receive a full refund within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
