Resorts World Genting – First World Hotel

Starting from 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night will be charged to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be settled at check-in. Guests presenting a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. The name on the credit card used for booking must match that of the guest staying at the property. If the reservation is made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed, along with a copy of the individual’s ID and credit card.

Early check-in before 15:00 is dependent on availability and will incur an additional fee once confirmed.

Room assignments are generated by an automated system based on the selected room category. Please note, a surcharge is applicable for any special requests made at the express self-service kiosk located at the property.

You can purchase WiFi vouchers at the information counter in the lobby.

It is important to note that the guest checking in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to pay the full amount for their stay seven days prior to their arrival to secure the booking.

The hotel does not accept third-party credit or debit cards. Please provide the same credit card used to guarantee your booking upon check-in or when making a payment at the hotel.

If you’re using a credit card belonging to someone else, please ensure you send the following to the hotel before your arrival: – An authorization letter with the cardholder’s signature – A copy of the cardholder’s credit card (front and back, along with the cardholder’s signature)

For verification purposes, the hotel may contact the cardholder. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be presented at check-in.

From 1st January 2023, please be advised:

All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed with a door seal before guest check-in.

The hotel will temporarily suspend daily housekeeping services to limit the risk of cross-contamination.

However, the hotel will provide a quick trash removal service daily. If the guest’s stay is extended, a thorough cleaning service will automatically be provided on the fourth day of the extended stay.

As of 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room per day will be applied in compliance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This fee will be collected at check-in.

Please remember to collect all receipts from the Front Office upon checkout.
