Complimentary parking for room guests –

Complimentary parking permits are allocated for a single vehicle per room in the underground parking facility (height restriction is 2.3m). Please notify the front desk of your vehicle registration upon check-in. (1,000 won for each additional vehicle for 10 minutes, capped at 30,000 won per day, with a maximum of 60,000 won for a 2-day stay)

Child occupancy policy per room type

One infant aged 0 to 23 months can stay at no charge, provided the maximum occupancy per room is not exceeded.

One child aged 24 months to 9 years can stay for free in the Deluxe Room and Royal Suite, but this is not allowed in other room types. If there are two children, only the youngest child aged 12 months to 9 years may stay for free. For additional children, please regard them as adults for room occupancy purposes.

Children aged 10 and older must be counted as adults.

The Standard Double, Standard Twin, Emily Suite Triple, Emily Suite Twin, and Amanti Suite all require a count of the total number of guests, including adults and children, to match the room capacity.

In the case of the three types of Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin, and Royal Suite, one child under the age of 10 may accompany the customary 2 individuals. (Accompaniment only, no extra bedding or amenities provided)

Luggage storage options

Complimentary luggage storage is available on the dates prior to check-in and after check-out. (Please note that items needing special storage, such as food, may not be accepted.)

Early check-in guidelines

If checking in before 09:00, please reserve an additional night.

For check-in between 09:00 and 15:00: Only available rooms may be accessed, with a fee of 20,000 won per hour. Please ask at the front desk for availability and pricing.

Late check-out guidelines

For check-out between 12:00 and 16:00: Only available rooms may be accessed, with a fee of 20,000 won per hour. Please consult the front desk for availability and rates.

After 16:00, an additional night reservation is necessary.

Heating and cooling systems

Heating and cooling are managed by a central control system, which operates air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter based on the season, hence heating is unavailable in summer and cooling in winter. You may only adjust the ON/OFF and temperature settings in your room.

Adults-only policy

Accommodation at Amanti Hotel Seoul is limited to adults aged 19 years and older or minors accompanied by a legal guardian. All guests’ IDs are verified at check-in; if at least one guest is under 19 without a legal guardian, entry will be denied. Please keep this in mind.

Access to the swimming pool, a paid amenity, is permitted only for adults aged 19 and older. Minors, even if accompanied by a guardian, are also prohibited from using the facilities.

The outdoor swimming pool, URBAN PARADISE, is exclusively open during midsummer and accessible only to adult guests aged 19 and above for a fee. For detailed schedules and pricing, please visit the hotel’s official website.

Damage incurred from smoking in the room or use of party supplies will result in charges for compensation.

Disposable items, such as combs and razors, are provided only upon specific request.
