Kuwait Grand Hotel

Please be informed that the Grand Hotel complies with Kuwaiti law, which prohibits bookings from unmarried couples, including individuals (Kuwaitis/Residents).

It is necessary for both guests to be present during check-in and to have their original identification documents as well as an original marriage certificate.

Guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in.

Any special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Requests for late check-out will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate until 18:00 hrs, and thereafter, a full room rate charge applies, which must be paid in advance.

The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms or on hotel premises, although personal safes are available in room wardrobes.

Guests will be held accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

For security purposes, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms; noncompliance will lead to immediate check-out without a refund.

The Grand Hotel is a fully Non-Smoking facility, ensuring that all our rooms are free of any smoke residues. Hence, smoking is strictly prohibited within the building and rooms.

يرجى العلم أن فندق جراند هوتيل يلتزم بالقانون الكويتي بعدم قبول الحجوزات من غير المتزوجين، بما في ذلك العزاب (كويتيين/مقيمين).

يُشترط حضور كلا الشخصين أثناء تسجيل الوصول، وأن يكون معهما وثائق الهوية الأصلية وشهادة الزواج الأصلية.

يجب على النزلاء تقديم بطاقة هوية تحمل صورة شخصية وبطاقة الائتمان المستخدمة في الحجز أثناء تسجيل الوصول.

تخضع أي طلبات خاصة للتوافر وقد تترتب عليها رسوم إضافية.

تخضع طلبات تسجيل المغادرة المتأخرة لرسوم بنسبة 50% من سعر الغرفة حتى الساعة 18:00 مساءً، ورسوم سعر الغرفة بالكامل بعد ذلك، والتي يجب دفعها مسبقاً.

لا يتحمل الفندق المسؤولية عن الأشياء الثمينة للنزلاء التي تُترك في الغرف أو في مباني الفندق، على الرغم من توفير خزائن شخصية في خزائن الغرف.

يتحمل النزلاء مسؤولية أي أضرار تحدث أثناء إقامتهم.

ولأسباب أمنية، لا يُسمح للزوار بالتواجد في غرف النزلاء؛ سيؤدي عدم الامتثال إلى تسجيل المغادرة فوراً دون استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.

فندق جراند هوتيل هو منشأة خالية تماماً من التدخين، مما يضمن خلو جميع غرفنا من أي آثار للتدخين. ولذلك، يُمنع التدخين منعاً باتاً داخل حدود المبنى والغرف.
