In accordance with local tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (as well as foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay an additional 18% fee. To avoid this 18% additional charge (IVA), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Both documents are necessary for exemption from the fee. Guests unable to provide both will need to pay the charge.

Foreign business travelers who need a printed invoice will also incur the additional 18% fee, irrespective of the duration of their stay in Peru. This fee is not included in the total reservation cost by default.
