Full payment is required upon arrival at the Residence. Please be aware that reception services conclude at 22:00. Any late arrivals must be communicated to the property; otherwise, guests will incur an additional fee of EUR 20.

If you book a room-only rate, the first set of bed linen and towels is provided. Additional linen changes will incur a fee of EUR 10 per person, while towel changes will cost EUR 5 per person.

For bookings that include meals, cleaning, bed, and bathroom linens are provided and changed every two days.

Please note that the complimentary shuttle bus to and from Porto Taverna beach operates from 01 June until 30 September.

Beach service is complimentary from 01 May to 22 May and again from 18 September to 16 October.
