Please be informed that a photographic ID is required at check-in, and you may need to show it again when returning to the hotel after 11pm.

Our hotel provides a facility exclusively for the parking of bicycles. Guests may also utilize the Q-PARK located nearby at Carroll’s Quay T23P2TX for car parking, available at a discounted 24-HOUR rate.

Guests under the age of 19 cannot check in unless the primary guest is at least 21 years old.

If you plan to arrive after 11pm, we kindly request that you contact the hotel directly approximately 30 minutes before your arrival at (021)4501518.

Please note that all cards will be preauthorized to guarantee the reservation. If you choose to use a different card for payment upon arrival, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the preauthorized amount to be released, which can vary by bank.

Damage deposit – if your reservation is paid using a debit card, a security deposit of €200 may be required, which will be refunded after the bedroom is inspected at check-out.

The property accepts Union Pay as a form of payment.

This establishment enforces a strict no smoking policy.

Check-in begins at 3pm, but we are happy to store your luggage if you arrive beforehand. Check-out is at 11am, including for vehicles. Please note that all accepted credit cards will be preauthorized for the cost of the first night stay to secure the booking. Free overnight street parking is available after 6:30 p.m. and all day on Sundays, including bank holidays.

Please be informed that there is no lift in the hotel, and there are no ground floor accommodations.

A terrace is available for smoking during the day.

For reservations of 4 rooms or more, a 50% deposit and a list of guest names are mandatory. Pets are not permitted, except for service dogs. Our hotel is not suited for hen or stag parties.

Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card at check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
