Kindly be aware:

1) Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid causing any disturbances to neighbors or fellow guests in the vicinity.

2) Rent/fee for the stay must be paid in advance by the guest.

3) The guest shall be fully and solely responsible for the premises during their stay.

4) Any damage or loss incurred will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

5) Firearms are strictly prohibited.

6) Subletting of the premises is not permitted.

7) The use of illegal drugs is prohibited.

8) All NRI/Foreign/Domestic guests must attach a copy of their passport or a valid ID with this form.

9) Pets are not allowed on the property.

10) Guests must adhere to all local government regulations.

11) Both adults and children are required to wear appropriate swim attire in the swimming pool and adhere to pool hours.

12) Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the corridors and poolside areas.

13) Spitting of chewing tobacco is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

14) Loud music is not permitted; music should remain within the apartment.

15) Slippers or shoes worn outside, especially those used at the beach, should not be worn inside the apartment.

16) Guests must take responsibility for their belongings; the caretaker/owner is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items.

17) All vehicles must be parked outside the complex.

18) Guests are requested to turn off all electrical appliances before leaving the apartment.

Photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Pre-arrival payment via bank transfer is required. The property will reach out to you after booking to provide payment instructions.

This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

In compliance with government guidelines aimed at minimizing the transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may require additional documentation from guests to verify identity, travel itinerary, and other pertinent information if such guidelines are in effect.

A damage deposit of Rs. 5,000 will be collected in cash upon arrival. This amount will be reimbursed at check-out, subject to a property inspection.
