The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service from Bus Stop #21 located in front of Keio Department Store at Shinjuku Station. This service runs every 20 minutes from 08:20 to 21:40.

In the Executive Lounge, a smart casual dress code is highly recommended. The following types of attire are strongly discouraged and may not be allowed:
