    A deposit of 50% is required for all roofed accommodations during the High season.

    A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required for all reservations during Shoulder/Low seasons. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking.

    A cancellation fee applies to all reservations. Once you have checked in at the property, no refunds will be issued!

    BEST FLEXIBLE RATE reservations: Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

    HIGH SEASON (22nd Dec – 6th Feb) reservations: Cancellations must be processed by 30th November to receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations or re-bookings made after this date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Dates for Units/Cabins cannot be adjusted after 30th November.

    Please be aware that our Standard Cabins come with bedding, but you will need to bring your own towels, cutlery, plates, and pots/pans if you plan to use the park’s communal kitchen. These cabins lack bathrooms and kitchens but are conveniently situated near the main facilities.

    Guests must provide a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please be advised that all Special Requests are dependent on availability and additional charges may be applicable.
