A team member will happily provide you with all the details on how to reach your apartment. The apartments are available in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 8th districts. Please be aware that the agency closes at 17:00 during weekdays and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of these reception hours, please get in touch with At Home Hotel directly to discuss the late check-in process. In this case, the total cost of your reservation will be charged through an online payment service prior to your arrival. Please note that if the procedure cannot be facilitated, the agency cannot assure the reservation will be held. Should you be unable to pay online or provide the required documents via email 24 hours before your arrival, your check-in will need to be arranged with a company representative for an additional fee of EUR 89. If you opt to pay for cleaning during check-in, the fixed charge will be EUR 34 for a one-bedroom apartment, plus EUR 10 for each additional bedroom. If you choose to clean the apartment on your own, you must organize and tidy the apartment or studio and dispose of the waste before leaving. If the accommodation does not meet the property’s standards, a cleaning fee of EUR 28 per hour will be imposed. Be aware that At Home Hotel will reach out to you via email to provide the access code.
