Please be aware that air conditioning is available from May through October.

Access to the Atrium Prestige’s AnaNeosis Thalasso Spa is restricted to individuals aged 14 and over.

Note that the Half Board rate can only be enjoyed in the main restaurant (beverages not included).

Only guests opting for the Premium All-Inclusive package receive a complimentary fully stocked minibar that is restocked daily; for other dining plans, mini bar usage incurs local fees. Additionally, entry to the indoor pool and spa facilities comes with a charge. Please keep in mind that air conditioning is functional from May to October. The government tax is payable upon arrival. Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Dress Code: In the evening across all restaurants, the dress code is smart casual, which includes trousers or tailored shorts paired with closed shoes or leather sandals. The maximum temperature for heated pools is set at 23°C (which may reach 25°C on particularly warm days).

Half-board and Full-Board meals are to be taken in the main restaurant, excluding drinks.

For those on the Premium All-Inclusive package, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are covered. Unlimited visits to all à la carte and Gourmet Restaurants are permitted, but reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Only guests with a Premium All-Inclusive package enjoy a complimentary fully stocked minibar replenished daily, along with premium branded and local drinks, and signature cocktails. Poolside food and beverage service is available, and mobile ordering can be done via the Atrium App. The Dine Around program encompasses all restaurants and bars within our three Atrium resorts in Rhodes.
