Key pickup is handled at our reception, which is located separately from the apartment. From Monday through Saturday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., a staff member will be available in the office for your check-in and payment processing. From Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., as well as on Sundays, we will facilitate self-check-in online (available days prior to your arrival), allowing you to retrieve your keys from the key box at the reception. If the required SELF CHECK-IN is not completed and manual assistance is necessary for check-in, a fee ranging from 30 to 50 EUR will apply.

Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card. Please be aware that all Special Requests are contingent upon availability and may incur additional fees.
