The property provides a discounted rate for public parking. For guests staying three days or longer, the cost is 20 EUR per day.
The apartments are fitted with a Security System that includes cameras in the living room and at the apartment entrance, which activate only if the alarm sounds and remains deactivated for over a minute by an RFID key (supplied with each key set at check-in). The cameras are NOT activated or recording while guests are present in the apartment with the alarm deactivated. When engaged, this system ensures the safety of the apartment and guests’ belongings when they are outside.
Additionally, there is a noise detector that is NOT recording; its sole function is to monitor extremely high noise levels, helping to avoid potential conflicts with neighbors in instances of improper conduct in the apartment.
