We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, as we DO NOT OPERATE 24-HOUR RECEPTION. Should you plan to arrive earlier or later, we offer online self check-in; for this process, please send us a WhatsApp message including a photo of both sides of the identity documents for all guests aged 16 and above to facilitate your access via entry codes. Be aware that late check-in between 21:00 and 00:00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 20.

It is important to note that the Double Room does not have elevator access, and guests will need to use the stairs.
