Important information for guests at this property

Four premium double rooms specially designed for guests with reduced mobility are available.

Children are permitted to use the indoor pool only from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Renaissance Esthederm Spa features two massage rooms, a fitness center, a hammam, and an indoor swimming pool for your relaxation. Please note that children and seniors up to the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Additionally, access will be restricted to them from July 5 to September 3.

The Garden Swimming Pool will be closed from Mon 16 Oct 2023 until Wed 01 May 2024.

The Garden Swimming Pool will also be closed from Mon 14 Oct 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025.
