For safety precautions, children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and hammam. Children may access the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Mondays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday through Sunday. The spa is designed as a space for peace and relaxation. Parents are responsible for guiding their children’s behavior to ensure the serenity of the environment, or face possible exclusion. Spa access includes 50 minutes complimentary per guest for each night booked, which requires prior reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa via our e-Concierge App.

In response to a rise in fraud attempts, please be informed that the total payment for your stay must be settled at check-in (room rate x number of nights + city taxes) alongside a possible request for a credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit as security (50 Euros per guest per night).

Parking: the hotel does not provide private parking facilities. You may find street parking nearby (free of charge Mon-Sat from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., as well as Sundays and holidays). Additionally, public parking Joffre Saint-Thiébaut is available, located 300 meters from the hotel. If you have your parking ticket validated at the Front Desk before leaving, you will receive a 10% discount.
