For reservations exceeding 4 rooms, specific conditions and extra fees may apply. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or modifications can be made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, cancellation fees could be enforced:
– If canceling between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you may cancel 50% of the reserved nights at no extra charge—however, the remaining nights will incur full charges.
– If canceling between 15 and 7 days before arrival, you may cancel 70% of the reserved nights at no extra charge—again, the remaining nights will incur full charges.
– If you attempt to modify or cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival, no adjustments can be made, and all nights will be charged.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg are permitted for an additional fee of EUR 10 per night (with the exception of service dogs) and a maximum of 1 pet per room. Any pet exceeding this size will not be allowed on-site.
