Be aware that late check-in incurs the following fees: EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00; EUR 60 for arrivals from 00:00 to 01:30.

Kindly note that parties are prohibited in the apartments.

The property provides a discounted rate for public parking. For stays of three days or longer, the rate is 20 EUR per day.

Please also be informed that the apartments are equipped with a Security System that includes cameras in the living room and at the apartment entrance. These cameras are activated only if the alarm goes off and is not deactivated within a minute using an RFID key (given with each key set at check-in). The cameras are NOT active or recording while guests are present in the apartment with the alarm deactivated. When activated, this system safeguards both the apartment and the guest’s belongings when they are outside.

Additionally, there is a noise detector that does not record but functions to identify very high noise levels to help prevent potential disturbances with neighbors due to inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
