Please be aware that keys can be picked up at the Vacanceole reception, located at 9 rue de Sagnes, 38860 Les Deux Alpes.

Tax is due upon arrival. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 on Saturday, it is essential to inform the residence ahead of time. A baby kit (which includes a cot and highchair) can be arranged for an extra fee.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are included. Changes to bed linen and towels can be requested for an additional charge.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is covered in the price, although the kitchen area and dishes must be cleaned by the guests.

Please note that only one pet is allowed per accommodation, incurring an extra cost of EUR 12 per day.
